XE120ZHS Digital-controlled Cross Shearing Line

Application:The line is used to achieve cross shearing of the tinplate, galvanized plate and aluminum with whole coil.

Construction: It consists of hydraulic decoiler, charge hoist, cantilever support, feeding device, high precision round shear cutter, scroll shear machine, belt conveyor, stacker, scissor type hydraulic lift platform, roll gang, hydraulic pneumatic system and electric control cabinet.
Features:  
1. High speed decoiler with cantilever support, adopt ground recoiling to save the heavy labor of excavating a pit.
2. Slitter with locked round shear cutter, easy to change slitting size.
3. Capable of vertical and horizontal shearing.
4. Loading material institution has leveling function.
5. Adopt double roller servo transfer feeder to ensure the accuracy of material feeding after vertical shearing.
