Construction: IIt consists of hydraulic decoiler, charge hoist, cantilever support, feeding device, high precision round shearing cutter, tension unit, hydraulic recoiler, discharge car and electric control cabinet.
Features:  
1. High speed decoiler with cantilever support, adopt ground recoiling to save the heavy labor of excavating a pit.
2. Slitter with locked round shear cutter, easy to change slitting size.
3. Adopt the EPC servo deviation unit to ensure tidy recoiling.
4. Adopt auto adjustment offset-type tension unit, offset the recoiling deviation when material profile's bad condition that leads the insufficient offset.
