Description:

The PEC-100 Automatic Auto Steel Rule Bender Bending Die Cutting Machine for blades can work with die board cutting machine, for bending the blade embedded in the die board.
This auto blade bending machine mainly consists of a feeding shaft, a bending shaft and a cutting shaft.
The feeding shaft feeds the blade forward and backward where the bending shaft then bends the blade clockwise or counterclockwise, lastly the cutting shaft punches out the blade in shape of bridge, straight cut, eagle mouth or blade cut. This whole process is controlled by a computer.
The launching of steel rule auto bender has made significant contributions to the printing, packaging, food, cartons, stickers and many other industries.

3. The steel rule auto bender won't curl the edge of the blade for its processing method of upper-punching and lower-cutting, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional only one-knife cutting that cannot be applied to the sticker industry due to the edge curling.
4. This automatic bending machine for blades is equipped with two blade plates, which makes it easier to place two different specifications of blades.
5. This auto blade bending machine adopts Japan's high-performance servo motor and imported mold-steel bending mold with fast speed and high precision, which is suitable for making complex graphics, such as: meticulous box mold, cartoon mold and doll mold.
