Product Description

SMART-CNC30-AE is an all-electric left and right CNC tube bending with 11-axis electric servo. It has high precise bending and high challenge processing machine. The main features are followed.
1. Bending (C-axis) by electric servo motor + transmission gears
2. Main clamp die by electric servo motor + transmission gears
3. Pressure die clamped by electric servo motor + transmission gears, slide by electric servo motor + electric actuator (2 sets).
4. Carriage (Y-axis) by electric servo motor + transmission gears
5. Collet (B-axis) : rotation by electric servo motor + transmission gears, grip by pneumatic.
6. Tooling shift : motion up-down + left-right by electric servo motors(2 servomotors), can equip 6-stack toolings; one stack can be the rolling tooling for push bending.
