Product Description

The machine can efficiently work and accurately work during bending metal plate. When bending all kinds of thickness plate, should select provided up-mould and open size "V" slot of down-mould. The open size "V" slot is bigger 8 times than the thickness of plate. If select difference up-mould and down-mould, can bend all kinds of shape 
parts(see graph 1).The force is according to the sheet of bending force(see sheet 1)or can calculated by the force formula. One stroke of slide block can shape plate one times. By enough times bending, can get to complicated shape parts.  
Steelwelded construction, with high strength and good  rigidty, hydraulic drive equipment can take away any accident when changing thickness of plate or fault size of "V" slot of down-mould cause over-loaded. The machine is steadiness and reliability, safety ,simple operation .At the connection of up-mould, compensation unit is equipped. The defection compensation between worktable and slide block can contribute to highwork accuracy when bending. Mechanical stop installed in oil cylinder support slide block to down dead spot, high repeat positioning precision, same angle during bending a large amount of plate.
The machine has hydraulic and electric control, the distance of slide block can be adjusted universally. The point control is provided for testing and adjusting mould conveniently.
