Product Description

XE1200HB3-3 High Speed Scroll cutting Line

Application:The line is used to many kinds of metal shearing like tinplate, galvanized plate and aluminum with whole coil, ideal for saving during cans production.

Construction: It consists of hydraulic decoiler, charge hoist, feeding device, leverler,  high precision shear cutter, belt conveyor, stacker, scissor type hydraulic lift platform, rollgang, hydraulic pneumatic system and electric control cabinet.
Features:  
1. High speed decoiler with cantilever support, adopt ground recoiling to save the heavy labor of excavating a pit.
2. Its control system has three options. Schneider Mitsubishi or Siemens, can be costmized
3. No need drill storage hole, cut down the cost.
4. Loading material institution has leveling function.
5. Belt conveyor has flap institution, it is much easier for user to change model.
6. Scrap material receiving platform can be custom made.
