From the sheet automatic detection, mechanical arm feeding, precise positioning, patent gantry clamping feeding, then deliver the finished part to next step. Super large workbench design, and upgraded CNC program to make sure the positioning, bending and unloading orderly, which to improve the efficiency
Mechanical arm directly deliver the folded part to welder, then the vacuum pads will suck the welded part into next processing where need precise positioned welding, after this, will stack all the finished parts automatically by the mechanical arm
For large quantity sheet metal production, big size multi-head for the vacuum pads will be used from the bending to welding to make sure all the transmission safe to avoid the sheet deformation
