Upsetting machine with steel processing range up to φ12-φ40
The upsetting and straight thread connection technology uses a special upsetting machine to rough up the thread section to be machined at the end of the reinforcement so that the diameter of the upsetting part is increased to be larger than the diameter of the parent material. Afterwards, the upsetting part of the special steel pipe threader is used for threading, and then the threaded parts of the two rebar head threading threads processed by the same specification sleeve are connected with a wrench to complete the so-called rebar connection. The upsetting and straight thread connection technology has the advantages of stable performance, quick and easy connection, high qualification rate, and can also completely solve the problem of non-rotatable connection of steel bars.

The upset forging machine uses the principle of cold heading to plastically deform the end of the steel bar, the diameter is increased by 4~6mm, and then the thread is processed. The actual cross-sectional area after the thread is machined is larger than the cross-sectional area of the original steel bar, which greatly increases the tensile strength of the joint. The threaded joints of the reinforced concrete are completely broken in the base metal by tensile test, and are suitable for construction, roads, bridges, power stations, etc.
